Know before you go
This Jeep is trail-ready for forest roads — not rock crawling or extreme off-road. Take care of the rig, and we’re good.
Forest roads allowed
OK for maintained graded USFS or gravel roads and approaches to established campsites.
No extreme off-roading
Skip rock gardens, deep mud, beaches, dunes, and anything that risks the undercarriage.
Camper responsible for damages
You’re responsible for damage on your trip; allow roughly 7′4″ of clearance with the tent mounted.

Pick-up and drop-off times are quite flexible! As long as the vehicle's availability allows on that day, we don't have to strictly stick to the default times. Just send me a message with your preferred travel schedule, and we can coordinate a time that works best for both of us.
The total clearance with the iKamper mounted is 7'4". It does not fit in standard parking structures, residential garages, or low-clearance drive-thrus. Always watch for low-hanging branches and height barriers at campsites and trailheads.
Graded, well-maintained USFS and BLM dirt/gravel roads leading to trailheads and campsites are fully permitted. However, technical off-roading, rock crawling, mud bogging, or water crossings are strictly prohibited by platform insurance policies.
The hard-shell iKamper comfortably sleeps 2 adults (or 2 adults and 1 small child). It sets up and packs away in under 60 seconds with an integrated ladder and built-in mattress—no staking or ground pitching required.
The Jeep comes with a full tank of gas upon pickup. Please return it full—Premium (91+ octane) is strongly preferred, as I only feed this rig the best fuel to keep the engine running at its peak. Prefer not to worry about refueling before drop-off? Select our 'Prepaid Fuel' add-on at checkout to return it empty. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank and without the add-on, a $75 refueling fee plus the cost of gas will apply.
Plenty! With the tent on the roof, the entire trunk is open for your gear. To maximize your cargo room, equipment like the portable cooler is offered as optional add-ons rather than pre-loaded. If you do select these bulky add-ons, note that they will occupy a portion of the trunk space. Soft duffels are strongly recommended over rigid luggage.
The hard-shell canvas tent is fully waterproof and insulated against standard PNW coastal and mountain conditions. Pack warm sleeping bags or bedding rated appropriately for mountain temperatures.
Dogs are welcome! To protect the mattress and canvas, we ask that paws are cleaned before entering the tent. Any excessive pet hair or mud at return may incur an additional detailing fee.
Cancellations follow Outdoorsy listing policy. Review the cancellation terms on the Outdoorsy booking page before you reserve.
